We have an in-house graphic design team who can help with the design of your artwork. There will be a charge for the graphic design which will depend on the nature of the design and product you are ordering. To add graphic design to your order simply select this with your products. Yes, our design service is for customers who do not have their own artwork design. If you have your own print-ready artwork you can upload it during the checkout process online, or alternatively, you can send it to us via We-Transfer. Please provide your order number as the email reference.
Once we receive your artwork we will match it with your order and begin proofing. Our free pre-flight artwork checking service will ensure your artwork is ready to print. We will send you a proof for you to approve before we send your designs to print. It is at this stage our designers will notify you of any concerns (if there are any). If you are providing your own artwork then it is important that you have designed it to our specifications. All of our product artwork templates can be found on the individual product pages under the artwork tab. From this tab, you can download the artwork specifications and guidelines and click through to the upload your artwork page.
If you are supplying your own artwork for print, it is important that you send the correct file type. We would like all artwork files to be supplied as high-resolution PDF or EPS files at 25% of the overall size. When you are saving the artwork, this needs to be saved as one full artboard without crop and bleed. All 25% of artwork should be supplied at 300 dpi for the best print finish.
Once you have uploaded your artwork, our in-house graphic design team will receive a notification to say we have received new artwork. Once this happens, our team download the files and begin checking your artwork. It is at this stage a member of our team will make contact with you to let you know we have your artwork and if there are any immediate issues we can see. We will never send any artwork to print without full confirmation from our clients.
For all printed artwork, whether that is your own artwork or artwork that we have designed for you, we will supply a proof to our customers for final sign-off. This gives our customers the opportunity to make changes to their artwork before sending it to print. We will only send artwork to print once we have received sign-off and approval.
