Advertising Pavement Sign

One of our best-selling freestanding advertising signs, the WINDSTORM® PRO Pavement Sign offers excellent value for money. A weatherproof, sturdy and affordable option in comparison to other similar models on the market.

Designed specifically for use outdoors, the WINDSTORM® PRO features a water base and heavy-duty steel frame construction with coil springs – ideal for remaining in place even in wind speeds up to 30 Mph (52 Kph). The hollow base of this advertising board can be filled with either water or sand for strength and stability. The A1 water base sign holds 22 litres, while the A0 sign holds 35 litres.

This heavy-duty double-sided pavement sign features an aluminium snap frame poster holder sign, available in A1 or A0 sizes. The 33mm silver aluminium profile features safety top edge corners and an internal gasket that minimises water ingress keeping your posters dry.

You can purchase the WINDSTORM® PRO Pavement Sign with or without poster prints. We recommend choosing our laminated advertising signs – these are printed and laminated in-house and offer a more durable finish, ideal for outdoor signs. Save 30% on printed posters when purchased with the sign.

How to assemble the WINDSTORM® PRO Pavement Sign:
Assembling the WINDSTORM® PRO sign is simple and easy. You will receive your pavement advertising board in two separate packages; one containing the poster display frame and the other the hollow water base. In the packaging, we include the Allen key, bolts and washers you need to construct your sign.

First, lay the sign on the floor and insert the washers. Next, hand screw the bolts through the water base underside holes into the corresponding threaded holes in the metal coil springs. Finally, use the supplied Allen key to firmly screw the bolts in place, fixing the display panel to the base.

Fitting WINDSTORM® PRO Posters:
The snap frame holder on this pavement sign lets you change the poster design quickly and easily. Open all four sides of the poster frame and insert your poster under the protective cover. Finally, ‘snap’ the frame sides shut to protect your advertising. The WINDSTORM® PRO is double-sided so can display two posters.

1. Using Your Own Artwork
If you have your own artwork, you can upload this during the checkout process or alternatively you can upload via WeTransfer (please include your order number so we can match with your order). Your artwork will automatically go through our Free of Charge artwork checking service and you will automatically receive a visual proof for sign-off. We will never send your artwork to print without consent from you. During this stage our designers will notify you of any concerns they may have with quality or resolution.

Thank you for your review and feedback on your Pavement Sign order. The bases can be filled with water or sand or a combination of both.

The base holds 22 litres of water, so when full it will weigh over 20KG. This is normally enough for stability in all but the most severe weathers but as as you have the larger A0 size, adding sand will increase the base weight further - as you have already done.

However, the team at XL Displays upgraded us to the next spec up (WINDSTORM® PRO Pavement Sign Advertising Board) to make sure we got the product for when we needed. We decided to go with XL designs as the feedback was excellent. From the first enquiry to the finish it was a slick process. Everyone was polite and helpful. We also decided to have a design done as it was more cost effective keeping it with the one company. Hassle free and everything ready for us earlier than quoted. Sign is well made, artwork nice and clear. We will definitely use for our signs from now on.

I work for a big company and had ordered some items for site,a few weeks later customer advised not received, called and spoke with 2 helpful staff, they sent me a POD which I forwarded on. Site advised not there so I called XL Displays and had been speaking with Siobhan-who logged the missing items with TNT. Long story short TNT accepted and XL Displays were able to send replacement items out again and customer received next day.
I cant thank Siobhan and Mark enough for the help in resolving the missing products. Amazing service and lovely staff. Thank you.
